Anti-Bribery Policy

The very genesis of the Cheeta Foundation is rooted in the eradication of systemic corruption; therefore, our internal code of ethics regarding bribery is absolute and inviolable. We enforce a stringent Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Policy that strictly prohibits the offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting of bribes, kickbacks, extortion, or illicit facilitation payments in any form. This sweeping prohibition applies to the Founder, the Board of Directors, the 12-member primary district task forces across Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari, and Tirunelveli, as well as all volunteers, contractors, and third-party vendors. Under no circumstances may a representative of the Foundation use organizational funds or personal resources to unduly influence government officials, secure permits for the Helicopter Ambulance, or manipulate findings within the All India Makkal Parliament. We demand total financial integrity, requiring that all transactions be accurately recorded in our open-book accounting system. To uphold these standards, we maintain a robust, anonymous whistleblower mechanism. We encourage any stakeholder to report suspected corrupt practices without fear of retaliation, harassment, or professional marginalization. Any individual found violating this policy will face immediate and permanent expulsion from the Cheeta Foundation, and we will actively assist law enforcement authorities in pursuing full legal prosecution against the offender.
